Christmas Dinner Food Drive
The Taylorsville Chamber of Commerce Christmas dinner food drive was a huge success. Friday, December 17th, chamber members along with volunteers came together at Grocery Depot . They assembled and distributed the food for twenty families in our local area.
This food drive was made possible by many individuals who donated along with the Taylorsville Chamber of Commerce, Grocery Depot, Bryant’s Meats, Cash Inc., Dr. Harper Clinic, Eaton & Martin Attorneys at Law, H & R Block, K & M Apartments, Magnolia State Bank, Perma Bright International, Westside Truck & Auto, Thompson Body Shop, Taylorsville Poultry Supply, Trustmark National Bank, Mays Service Center, Wilson’s of Mississippi, & Georgia Pacific LLC. “The Perfect Gift”
A large crowd turned out to line the streets of Taylorsville for “The Perfect Gift” – Taylorsville’s 2010 Christmas Parade. The streets were filled with music, candy, and floats of all sizes.
