Our new warehouse project is just one of several enhancement phases planned for Taylorsville Farm Supply LLC. The next two immediate phases will include (1.) the demolition of the lean-to-shed on the east side of the store between the new warehouse and the main store and (2.) outside lighting relocation and addition to allow for light pole removal in the front of store to aid in a larger customer parking area and access.

Dennis Glenn, Taylorsville, Smith County Native,
bought Taylorsville Farm Supply on September 27, 2007.
"I've been involved in agriculture practically all of my life; I've raised cattle, farmed soybeans and wheat, 40 acres of tomatoes, 200+ acres of watermelons, & raised hydroponic greenhouse tomatoes.
In addition to running the store, I have a hybrid bermuda grass hay farm which produces approximately 12000+ square bales a year plus round bales. My farming and industrial back ground has enabled me to bring a broad knowledge and experience of plant and animal health and nutrition, herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides to our daily operations.
Prior to purchasing the store, I worked for Georgia Pacific Chemical for more than 34 yrs. The last 16 yrs were spent working out of the Atlanta office in the Automation Engineering group, where I was responsible for assisting with engineering design, execution, automation software development, project management, and plant automation for various GP plants throughout the USA. The extensive travel required led me to seek other business opportunities.
Dennis Glenn with employeees Tim Robinson and T K Moran.
In addition to our original 2007 investment in the store, we're just completing a $60,000.00+ investment for new warehouse expansion project. We believe this growth speaks for a firm commitment to our business base, our customer dedication, the Town of Taylorsville, Smith County, and surrounding areas.
