The Evon A. Ford Library was recently landscaped with donations received from Trustmark National Bank, Friends of the Library and the Taylorsville Garden Club. I would like to thank each organization for their monetary gifts and volunteers, Margie Harper and Hilda Powell, for all their hard work in planting the shrubs at the library.

Taylorsville Tennis Courts - Leaf River Park The Town of Taylorsville is renovating the tennis courts located on Leaf River Drive in Taylorsville. The tennis courts are for public use and are used by the high school tennis team as well. The park was originally built with a grant from the National Park Service and was named Leaf River Park. It was required that a sign remain commemorating the Nat. Park Service's participation in the park's creation.
The tennis courts have a new fence and the courts will soon be resurfaced to prepare for spring and summer use!!
